Maintenance routine
The ordinary maintenance that I have carried out in this tank are the 50% weekly changes, pruning especially on the mosses to prevent them from growing too much and occasionally cleaning the windows.
Description
In making this tank I wanted to be inspired by a tree that is felled by a strong storm and which, as we know, nature always has the upper hand since moss and various plants grow on the felled trees. that's why I wanted to call this tank: "THE FALLEN GIANT".

One of the most outstanding works in the category. I really like its composition, demonstrating technique on the part of the author. Two elements I would like to be improved in the work:
1) There is excessive confusion in the neutral region of the montage. Those small thin branches in the background don't help and create some mess.
2) The fish do not stand out at all in the work, we must look carefully to find them. Therefore, his choice was imprecise.

Total Impression: 100%

An exquisite forest-style layout that transports the viewer into an intricate, dense underwater forest. The sheer level of detail and artistic execution is nothing short of breathtaking, creating an immersive experience that resonates deeply with the beholder.

Bonus Points for Plants: 100%

The selection and maintenance of the plants are exemplary, displaying your commitment to the highest quality standards. The lush foliage and grown moss on fallen logs add to the realistic portrayal of a dense forest.

Bonus Points for Photography: 50%

While the photography is largely impressive—capturing beautiful reflections and excellent illumination—there's room to elevate the visual impact to match the exceptional artistry of the layout itself.

Bonus Points for Artistic Creativity: 100%

Your artistic prowess shines through in every element of this layout. From the intricate placement of small branches at the focal point to the brilliant use of chiaroscuro, your composition masterfully balances complexity with a sense of openness and light.

Overall Comments:

Your forest-style layout is a feast for the senses, rich in both detail and emotional depth. The complexity of the dense foliage and moss-covered logs contrasts beautifully with the strategically positioned branches at the focal point, inviting the viewer's eye to wander and explore. This element of light and openness adds a layer of depth to the composition, making it not just visually arresting but emotionally resonant.

Your mastery of positive and negative space is evident throughout the layout. The cosmetic sand and focal point openness bring balance to the Baroque-inspired composition, demonstrating a well-executed play of chiaroscuro. This refined artistic approach sets your work apart as an instructive example for aspiring aquascapers.

The plants have been wisely chosen and immaculately maintained. Their health and vitality contribute to the immersive, life-like experience that your layout offers, truly serving as a high benchmark in the field.

While your photograph captures much of the layout's magic, subtle refinements could take it to another level. The beautiful surface reflections and illumination are commendable but enhancing the visual storytelling could make the viewing experience even more profound.

In conclusion, your entry stands as a testament to what can be achieved when artistic vision meets technical skill. Congratulations on crafting a truly extraordinary aquascape. Your work is an awe-inspiring art piece that perfectly captures the essence of an underwater forest in all its intricate glory. Well done!

I love this. Such a strong ancient jungle theme and sense of maturity. The super fine textures in the background are inspired. Wonderful.
