With this aquascape I wanted to create a nature aquarium with my favorite woods and stones. Although I know that a light cosmetic sand creates a very nice contrast, I deliberately chose dark sand, which could be the erosion product of the gray lava.

Since this layout would be the very last one in this Scapers tank, I decided to make the background bright, like a journey into the light, to new shores. And the fish are also about to leave the scene (into a bigger new tank).
