Aqua Art Hong Kong Ltd., Mr. Chow is the 2007 Grand Prize Winner of the International Aquatic Plant Layout Contest and is also the first Hong Kong people to get this honor. From 2003 until now, he enters IAPLC year by year; not for getting prizes but for experience and support of this “Living Art”. He introduces the “NA concept” to Hong Kong through his company and brings positive influence to the traditional market. Mr. Chow will do his best to introduce this “Living Art” to the people of the world and believe that it will become a common art such as painting or sculpture in the future.
